Job Title: Transformation Project Manager (Leisure and Culture)
Salary Range: PO5 46,014- £55,758
Contract Type: 36 hours per week (2 year Fixed- Term Appointment)
Hybrid- Flexible working with attendance in the office expected

We are looking for a passionate, diligent, and experienced Project Manager.
Richmond and Wandsworth Councils are ambitious for their residents and passionate about the value of culture brings to their health and wellbeing.
This role with the support of the ambition of the Council and the Culture and Leisure Division by leading and shaping strategic and transformation change in the cultural space and wider to improve services and outcomes for our residents.
The broad and diverse nature of the projects will mean no two days are the same and you will have the opportunity to support a variety of services to develop strategies, undertake option appraisals, shape services, procure contracts and embed change.

About you
Organisational expertise- You will be a source to build capacity and support service transformation, process improvement, business change management, facilitation, and design techniques across the organisation.
Experience- You will have experience of delivery of change management programmes which significantly impact large number of staff and/or customers
Leadership Skills - You’ll need to have experience of effectively leading and delivering projects and/or programmes as well as an enthusiasm for shaping strategy, improving systems and processes.
Project Management - You’ll enjoy working on diverse projects, with a variety of clients including Senior Officers, Members, partners and the public, and you will have the skills and confidence to provide them with valued support.
Communication Skills- You will be an excellent communicator whilst being well organised and able to prioritise your own workload to achieve your goals.
Knowledge- You will have good knowledge or methods and techniques to manager and influence behavioural and cultural change.
