We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Transformation team working across Community and Community Mental Health Programme and wider West London Trust Transformation priorities.
The post holder will have the opportunity to work with practitioners, key partners on cross cutting projects working in support of Programme Managers to plan, develop and deliver high-quality projects. The remit of this role holder:
- Through sound technical project management skills and using a variety of projects tools; plan and deliver projects that support the execution of transformation priorities to expected, quality time and value parameters.
- Deploy technical PMO tools and prepare documents to show delivery progress, flag risks/ issues, outcomes achieved, that comprehensively cover all aspects of the given projects including benefits realisation and reporting tools to allow regular updates.
- Undertake evaluations/reviews of existing pathways/services to identify gaps in performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Support writing business cases/bids/plans specific to pathways/services using creative and effective approaches to drive projects forward with an emphasis on achieving the best outcomes for service users.
- Contribute to the strategic planning within the service line, integrated care partnerships and system environments.
- Accurately draft and confidently present high-quality presentations about projects, initiatives and services to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Champion collaborative working across service lines and other organisations in the local health economy, by engaging constructively with internal and external stakeholders on a range of contentious issues and maintaining effective lines of communication
- Identify the key groups and individuals with whom to engage and communicate and nurture key relationships.
- Secure patient, carer and public voices in all elements of the projects and ensure that the principles of co-production, as an equal and reciprocal way of working, are adhered to.
- Act as a spokesperson for the project and ensure that all key individuals are effectively briefed.
- Work closely with the Communication and Engagement team, contribute to the development and dissemination of staff and public-facing communications.
- Analyse, interpret and present data to highlight key findings, summarising status on issues, appraising outcomes, and providing progress reports for the Programme Managers/Director.
- Collate as required, qualitative and quantitative information and lead appropriate analysis to develop robust business cases and contribute to project ‘products’.
