Job Description
Are you ready to transform the world of sound? At Aston, our microphones aren't just tools; they're true musical instruments, crafting the heart of every recording and inspiring artists, producers, and engineers to reach unprecedented sound performance heights.
As the Transformational Digital Marketing Leader at Aston Microphones, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with our Super Partners and Distributors, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their journey with our brand. You will be working in collaboration with our Microphones Brand Category Leader and the Brand Communications team.
The ideal candidate should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as they will engage regularly with Super Partners' Purchasing and Marketing teams. They will be tasked with delivering monthly reports on Sales and Stocking data from Super Partners and Distributors, utilizing Power BI to report on Super Partner orders.
We expect them to demonstrate the ability to pinpoint opportunities for Super Partner purchases, perform thorough monitoring and reporting on Super Partner and competitor pricing. Additionally, they will oversee the creation and maintenance of the Super Partner database. A crucial aspect of this role involves identifying slow-moving stock items and promptly addressing any problematic stock issues.
An essential responsibility is the identification of Co-op marketing prospects, such as Tradeshows, Newsletters, and Social Campaigns. They should also identify areas for Asset creation and collaborate closely with the Communication Brand Team to execute these initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in Retail, B2B sales, or marketing, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external partners and exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
