Responsibilities:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and attended to
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members
Qualifications
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Proficient in data entry and using computer software such as QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment, including printers, scanners, and copiers
- Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Typing speed of at least insert typing speed requirement words per minute
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
