Shift Patterns: Sunday to Thursday

Hours: 21:30 till 06:00
Pay Rate: £12.80 Per hour 1600-2200, £13.80 Per Hour 2200-0600
Employment Type: On going

Igloo are recruiting for a Transport administrator for one of our clients based in Luton.

Our client has a lengthy background working within the automotive industry providing a wide range of transport and logistics solutions.

We are looking to someone who is experienced within the transport sector who would be interested in joining their transport team.

The Role:

• Dealing with drivers when they arrive onsite
• Checking their paperwork is correct.
• Using the customers inhouse system to book drivers in
• Leasing with different departments and drivers to make sure the unloading process goes as quickly and smoothly as possible
• General administration duties
• Other duties as and when required

What kind of person we are looking for?

• Knowledge within the logistics and transport sector – advantageous but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible working hours to help cover holidays
