Our client are looking for a Transport Administrator to join the busy transport team to provide clients and customers with regular updates and dealing with queries related to ETA'S, POD'S, and paperwork.
As a Transport Administrator your duties will include;
- Checking timed deliveries for Key customers
- Responding to emails on Zendesk, this will include ETA s, upgrades, POD
- Liaising with various Networks to chase consignments and dealing with questions that may arise
- Notifying customers of any failures immediately.
- Import customer jobs via a CSV format onto our Stirling system to create a job
- Arrange couriers if and when pallets are held over at the Network HUB s
- Assist Accounts with invoice queries
- Working closely with Key Accounts, managing their deliveries and booking vehicles with a haulier
- Planning the customers deliveries with our dedicated driver
- Working with the Hazchem desk to add deliveries to the system.
- Ensure that all compliance with regards to Hazardous goods movements are adhered to.
- Working alongside the Transport department and supporting with daily queries.
