Transport Administrator

Juice is thrilled to be supporting a prominent company based in Corsham, with their search for a Transport Administrator to join their friendly team.

You will be an integral member of the Transport team responsible for the planning and routing of deliveries accurately. Working hours are 10.00am - 6.00pm during your training period and will change to 11.00am - 7.00pm once this period is complete.

DAY TO DAY:

• To plan and route deliveries accurately.
• Communicating with Customers, Warehouses, and Drivers on a daily basis to ensure tasks are completed.
• Plan and co-ordinate deliveries and drivers including 3rd party couriers around the UK.
• To react quickly to changes in delivery specifics.
• To accurately update appropriate spreadsheets and databases.
• To ensure that Proof of Delivery confirmation is passed on to the customer within the agreed time frame.
• Compliance with HMRC regulations (training provided)
• Compliance with company’s policies and procedures.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• We are open to experience for this role, however, previous administration/office experience is beneficial.
• Fantastic attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
• A confident communicator who is team-focused.
• Someone who takes ownership of their workload prioritising tasks effectively.
• A proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Word.
