Transport and Collections Coordinator / Administrator
A busy and growing Industrial Packaging Company located in the Newton Heath area of Manchester are seeking a competent Transport and Collection Administrator who will be involved both customer service Transport and administration.

The candidate must have good communication skills and good IT capabilities, working primarily in Microsoft office. Candidate must have aptitude to learn new systems and be process driven. Coordinating an evolving transport planner is a key part of the role and so you must be able to work under pressure managing customer expectations whilst liaising with drivers, site personnel, FLT drivers, Transport and sales team.
The role will include support to accounts during month-end closure along with some daily inputting functions. The position will also be responsible for several reports which are created monthly. Time management, reviewing compliance and transport documents will be a fundamental element of your job. Ideal candidate must be able to collate and report information with regards job role and KPIS to senior management team.

Daily tasks will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to their inbound collection customers.
- Supporting the planning day to day routes for drivers
- Dealing with drivers and customer communication.
- Organising transport maintenance of four vehicles.
- Managing and maintaining Driver Records including working hours.
- Processing Collections.
- Managing RAM assist software
- Transport efficiency - KPI bonus available after trial period.
- Creating monthly reports
- Raising purchase orders for your department
