Transport Manager- required for an immediate start in Bromsgrove.
Pure Staff are recruiting for a Transport Manager working day shifts on a Monday to Friday pattern based in the Bromsgrove area. This role is an immediate start if successful at the interview stage.
Our customer is looking for a Transport Manager who is flexible to work Monday to Friday who has experience in working in the food industry.
The successful candidate must fit the criteria listed below:
Duties of a Transport Manager-
- General administration- basic IT skills
- Planning driver routes and shifts
- Understanding driver regulations and working time directive
- Managing and debriefing drivers' infringements
- Speaking and liaising with customers
- Driver debriefs before and after shifts.
- Dealing with calls from clients and drivers
The ideal candidate will have-
- CPC Transport Manager Certification (required)
- HGV C+E License
- Experience in chilled distribution
- Experience working within warehouse goods in/out
- Excel user
- Recent planning experience is essential for this role
Pay rates-
SALARY: £35,000.00 Per Year but may potentially consider more for the right candidate.
