The Role
Our client is seeking a night shift operator for their busy Transport Office, overseeing customer queries, tacho infringements, driver fines and general compliance.
Responsibilities
- Dispatching and debriefing drivers
- Amending the routing plan as required daily
- Liaising directly with driver, colleagues and customers to ensure that services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Investigating and problem solving
- Monitor empty mileage
- General administration support
- Problems solving
- Communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- PC literate / data entry
