Description

• Develop and implement innovative transport strategies and solutions.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer and business requirements and capabilities.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present business cases and tender responses for proposed solutions.
• Help guide the implementation of approved Transport Solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in Transport Solutions, policies and advancement in technology.
• Contribute to the overall team and business goals contributing to winning new and retaining existing business.

Profile

A successful Transport Solutions Design Manager should have:

• A degree in a relevant discipline such as Transport & Distribution or Logistics.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing Transport Solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, with a knack for interpreting complex data (Macros, V/H lookups etc).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Transport solutions systems such as Paragon would be advantageous
• A passion for innovation and continuous improvement in the Transport & Distribution industry.

Job Offer

• A competitive salary package of approximately £60,000 per annum, with a 10% swing either side depending on experience.
