SalaryTransport Supervisor Responsibilities
The role is shift based, with the focus on the day–to–day operation covering the following aspects:Ensuring the smooth running of the operations daily overseeing drivers, valets & vehicles.Providing administrative support to drivers – including the organisation of passenger pick–ups and delivering up to date traffic information.Processing tour bookings – via telephone, email, and their websites online chat facility.Responding to passenger queries – via telephone, email, and their websites online chat facility.Ensuring the smooth running of the office.General administrative tasks – including organisation/management of passenger information and collation of performance data.Weekly reporting using Excel.Building & maintaining relationships with suppliers.Being able to multi–task in a fast–paced environment.
