Travel Consultant With Music Experience

Music Travel consultant - Exciting new opportunity to join a growing Travel Management Company arranging travel for clients in the music industry. We are looking for experienced Travel Consultants that have dealt with Music clients previously or a business Travel consultant to work on dedicated Music accounts based in London with Galileo. Who must be able to do the whole process on a GDS to include Reissues, changes and ticketing. In return you will be offered a salary between £30,000 -40,000k depending on level of experience, excellent benefits and an opportunity to work closely with your dedicated clients, this really isn't a 9-5pm job , but has huge job satisfaction and the opportunity to work with some massive names in the music industry, project managing the travel for tours for music artists around the globe.
Music Travel consultants, business Travel duties:

• Booking complex worldwide travel arrangements including flights, hotels, car hire, rail for Music dedicated clients and groups
• Changing and amending trips, issuing and reissuing tickets, and problem solving
• Giving first class service to every client and building rapport with tour managers or travel managers

Music Travel consultant / Senior Business Travel Consultants - skills required

• Strong business travel or corporate travel or music touring travel experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of Galileo
• Ticketing and reissuing experience
• Knowledge of group travel on a GDS would be an advantage, although not essential
• Exceptional service and the ability to build strong bonds with your clients

Other info:

• Working between 0830-1830 on a small shift pattern working either 8.30am-4.30pm, 9.30am-5.30pm or 10.30am-6.30pm Please note flexibility is needed for this position due to the nature of the clients you are dealing with.
