Our client, a leader in luxury travel, are seeking a confident and driven Customer Service professional to join their growing team near Shinfield, Reading.
As a Customer Service Consultant you will deliver the highest standards of service, ensuring clients receive the most detailed, accurate information at all times.
Due to the location of the role, access to your own vehicle is essential.
The Role:
- Ensuring that all clients have correct invoices and correct invoices are received from our suppliers.
- Ensuring that all clients receive their tickets in a timely manner and that the tickets are correct
- Assisting clients with their voyager personalisers
- Ensuring payments and received and sent on time
- Assist the Sales Team in all aspects of their work
- Supporting the Finance Director, Customer Services Manager and Assistant Manager on a day-to-day basis.
- Answering any questions clients may have pre- or post-cruise.
The right person:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience within the travel industry is beneficial
- Strong eye for detail and excellent accuracy
