Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individuals to join the team as an African Travel Sales Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge and passion for African travel destinations, along with proven sales skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the UK

Responsibilities as an African Travel Sales Specialist:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients interested in traveling to African destinations.
• Provide personalized travel recommendations and itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget.
• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Close sales and meet monthly targets.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and products related to African travel.
• Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Requirements as an African Travel Sales Specialist:

• Proven track record in Africa Travel Sales.
• Deep knowledge and passion for African travel destinations, culture, and attractions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for sales and communication.
