Travelling PA Job

Travelling Personal Assistant - Saudi Arabia based, travel extensively throughout Europe, the UK and other global destinations 

We are seeking an experienced Private PA for a VVIP female principal based in the Capital of Saudi Arabia. The vacancy is only open due to the retirement of her much loved and respected PA of 16 years. 

Duties: 

• Travel extensively to Europe and further afield. 

• Manage diaries, emails and events 

• Be a personal shopper for the female principal

• Organise, manage and execute events 

• Wardrobe management, especially fine fabric care 

• Work with the Housekeeping team in the main residence to make sure standards are maintained

• Assist with other family members requests when required 

• Be a "Right Hand" to the principal with flexibility on requests 

• Typical 6 day week 

To be considered 

• Must have a verifiable background as a Personal Assistant for a UNHW / HNW individual previously 

• We are only seeking friendly, amiable and polite individuals, this is a personal role and replacing a much loved "member of the family" 

• Must be a Driver

• We are only seeking those with Ideally UK/EU passports but will consider South African or Australasian candidates 

• Must be prepared to travel extensively and understand that you may work full weeks, with time off coming later 

• Be free to start within 4 weeks (one month notice periods)

• Must speak clear and fluent English 

Benefits 

• Salary of $5,000 to $6,000 net per month

• This is ideally a long term position the principal is looking only for those who wish to stay for many years 

• Medical Cover, Insurance and flights home once per year
