Robertson Bell are excited to announce their partnership with this reputable and expanding organisation as they go to market for a Treasury Analyst on a permanent basis. This role will give you valuable finance knowledge working alongside experienced and knowledgeable colleagues in a successful and dynamic team.
In this role as a Treasury Analyst you will:
- Be responsible for looking at the organisations cash position and investment accounts. Having a forward thinking and proactive approach when seeking new opportunities for improved interest rates.
- Assist with month end duties ensuring all accruals and prepayments are keyed and coded correctly onto the system and balance sheet reconciliations are carried out and produced.
- Assist in the quarterly board reports helping digest large volumes of data on Excel and produce reports using Vlookups and Pivot Tables to present data and information required from key stakeholders and senior management.
Based just West of Blackburn, the successful candidate is only needed in the office twice a week. The ideal candidate will:
- Hold, or be working towards, an AAT qualification and aspire to become a fully qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent Accountant.
- Have minimum 2 years Treasury experience.
- Work well in a team environment, have good communication skills and be able to liaise with non-finance professionals.
- Have the ability to produce Pivot Tables, Vlookups and Sum Ifs on Excel and deliver reports to key stakeholders.
