We have a fantastic opportunity for a Treasury Assistant to gain some additional skills on a short-term basis within the finance division. This particular opportunity is ideal for someone at entry level with transactional and reconciliation experience.
This vacancy is a fixed term contract to cover until 30th September 2024, Monday to Friday with no weekends and a great way to get your foot in the door to kick start your career in finance
Full Treasury experience is not essential but transactional / reconciliation experience is required

What you'll be doing...
As Treasury Assistant, you will be a key member of a small team sitting in a busy & dynamic environment carrying out daily treasury activities.
Your key responsibilities will include cash management, reporting & accurate daily/ monthly forecasting. Daily bank reconciliations, including investigation and resolution. Producing accurate balance sheets, KPI data and supporting and assisting the Treasury Manager
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week

What can you bring?

In this role:

  • Background in Treasury preferred, ideally experience of cash management
  • Full Treasury experience is not essential but transactional / reconciliation experience is required
  • Ideally worked with SAP
  • Experience of working to tight deadlines and managing a high volume of transactions
  • Excellent communicator with ability to solve problems, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to work with complex/detailed information with an excellent eye for detail
  • Highly organized with excellent, demonstrable Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • A team player with flexible approach to work and job variety
  • Warm, friendly and genuine

We are offering a salary of £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience
