Treasury Department Manager

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:

• Good internal and external stakeholder management
• Systems knowledge (SAP is preferable)
• Significant experience in treasury management, with a focus on multinational operations and process improvements
• Familiarity with European financial markets, regulations, and compliance standards.

Strong understanding of related technical fields such as taxation, accounting, and auditing.

• Demonstrated experience in project management while upholding operational excellence.

• Managing one direct report
• Proactively manage the company's treasury affairs in line with company strategy
• Formulate and uphold efficient treasury policies and protocols across the European Group
• Implement a robust system for monitoring and reporting treasury operations and cash flow across all European entities
• Oversee and provide assistance in day-to-day cash and liquidity management tasks, including regional cash flow forecasting.
