SalaryI am currently recruiting a Temp to PermTreasury Operations Analyst role for a high-profile financial services business based in the City of London. Due to a particularly busy period, the business are requiring some immediate support which following a new acquisition in early 2024 then has a very high probability of turning permanent.
Reporting in the Deputy Head of Treasury, the role will take responsibility for a range of T-Ops responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliations and investigations for Nostro accounts.
- Conduct daily reconciliations of cash and OTE, including client balances, exchanges/clearing houses, and intermediary brokers.
- Support the processing and control of all Treasury-related products.
- Aid in the daily Client Money Calculation to ensure sufficient cover during absences.
- Collaborate with the Cash Management Supervisor to review and execute FX trades for managing currency exposure promptly.
- Contribute to the maintenance of Client Interest static.
- Assist in resolving daily interest exceptions.
- Participate in the testing and/or parallel running of new systems DIM and TMS.
- Assist with static data setup in the TMS system.
- Contribute to the development and testing of new systems, processes, and ideas.
To be a good fit for this role, you'll have:
- Proven Treasury Operations experience in a bank, brokerage or clearing house
- Experience in reconciling client and Nostro accounts
- Ability to manage a changing workload in a fast paced environment
- Either immediate availability or availability on short notice
