SalaryDuties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the timely booking and settlement of all related treasury products (FX/MM) within the time frame set by management with full compliance with P&P.
- Reporting to Team Leader ensuring established processes are followed adapted/enhanced when required to ensure a consistently high level of service.
- Identify and resolve errors promptly and report to the Team Leader or deputy.
- To cross train on all roles of the team (using skills matrix)
- To have a flexible attitude and have the ability to carry out varied duties.
- Continue the drive for continuous improvement by championing self-development through internal training and coaching.
- Encourage collaborative working between operations teams to ensure that goals are achieved in accordance with Banks values.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Previous experience of FX & MM Settlements including CLS
- Demonstrate ability to review and document accurate control focused processes and procedures.
- Strong Microsoft office skills to produce management reporting.
- Essential General Banking Skills
- Essential knowledge on Money Laundering procedures
- System use skills on Microsoft office manager products.
- Essential knowledge - domestic and overseas payment settlement
- Demonstrate the ability to interpret external customer SSI's in to a swift formatted payment.
