SalaryGI Group are currently looking for several Tree Surgeon for our client in Bredbury.This is an ongoing position, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 12 weeks.
The hours of work are Monday - Friday.
The hourly rate is 13.69 and starts are available immediately
Working hours are 7.00am till 2.54pm Monday to Friday
For this role you will need the relevant experience:-
Minimum three years practical arboriculture experience
Competent in the use of all types of mechanical equipment required for this post which includes chain saws, wood chippers, stump grinders, underground cable detection equipment.
Experience of climbing and working at heights
Qualifications needed:-
First Aid Certificate
Chapter 8 Road Traffic Signing
NPTC Competencies CS 30, 31, 38, 39
NPTC Competencies CS 40, 41
Knowledge of best practice relating to arboriculture techniques
Knowledge of legislation relating to arboriculture operations
Ability to remain polite and tactful in pressured situations
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Ability to identify tree species, tree associated pathogens, structural defects and hazards
