Learn Devon is seeking a talented and dedicated Maths Tutor to join our team in delivering high-quality adult education in Exeter and Central, mid-Devon.
As a Tutor, you will coordinate and deliver outstanding teaching to our learners, working closely with colleagues and directing Higher Level Learning Support Assistants.
The ideal candidate will have sound experience of teaching from pre-entry level up to and including Functional Skills Level 2 and GCSE. This includes delivering inclusive sessions face to face and online. You will be familiar with Google classroom as a platform for online delivery, or able to get to grips with it quickly. We are looking for someone who can deliver innovative and engaging sessions to adults using current and relevant resources.
You will be actively involved in your own continuous professional development and be able to work planned evenings and occasional weekends. The ability to travel across the county is essential.
