The Job

We're looking for a hands-on individual ready to dive into a role that combines social media, influencer marketing, and paid social knowledge to ramp up our user acquisition with best-in-class UGC creatives.

In this position within the Brand Marketing team, you'll also get to work on Flo's influencer activity and nurture our Flo community.

Perfect for early-career professionals with 1-2 years of agency or in-house experience craving a new adventure and eager to explore and learn from different business dimensions.

You'll work closely with our User Acquisition and Creative Studio teams, reporting to our Senior Partnerships & Influencer Manager. This role is a great fit if you're an expert multitasker, not afraid of manual work and a superb communicator ready to make a significant impact!

Your Experience

Must have:

  • 1-2+ years of in-house or agency experience working with UGC, social, or paid social creatives and content.
  • Be a strong communicator and negotiator, able to deal with various stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Great understanding of the marketing funnel and performance data.
  • Great knowledge of the cultural zeitgeist, social media platforms, female health and well-being brands, social trends, up-and-coming influencers and creators.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills. Native EN language skills preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Former experience working in a Health Tech/start-up environment.
  • Experience with 'TikTok Creative Challenge' and other TikTok offerings
  • Experience with Miro, Figma and Google Workspace
  • Experience working directly with UGC creators, creating easy-to-understand briefs and following content production processes.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for:

  • The delivery of weekly UGC for paid social on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Managing agency and creator/influencer relationships.
  • Working with the wider team to run creator content through spark ads.
  • Reviewing content submitted by creators and sharing feedback to deliver execution aligned with our goals.
  • Development of a comprehensive and easily searchable UGC content creator database.
  • Delivering successful partnerships with UGC creators who consistently produce high-quality content aligned with brand objectives.
  • Efficiently manage the outreach and contract process, ensuring timely and accurate coordination.
  • Increasing efficiency and suggesting ways to improve UGC processes and workflows.
  • Supporting our Senior Partnerships & Influencer Manager in developing Flo's influencer programme through outreach, negotiation and relationship-building with key creators.

You'll be targeted on:

  • Increase and maintain 'winning' UGC in paid social by a set % each quarter
  • Develop a formula for high-performing always-on UGC creatives and support the analysis of top-performing videos
  • Build relationships and set up a roster and negotiate agreements with a set number of 'in-house' UGC creators

Salary Range - gross per year

£37,000—£43,500 GBP
