Building Surveyor

Starting salary from £36,333 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £43,155 per annum.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join the Estates and Facilities Directorate
Key duties of the role include:
- Undertaking building surveys across our estate which will contribute to our Life Cycle Management plan.
- Incorporating Net 0 goals, working with existing information systems and developing new systems for recording data, producing analysis and reports.
- Advising on remedial works which will take into account preservation and conservation of historic buildings.
- Providing guidance on building regulations and property legislation whilst advising on planned maintenance regimes.
You will have professional membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors or equivalent, a degree or equivalent qualification in a Building Surveying related discipline and experience in a similar role.
This full-time role is available immediately on an indefinite basis.
