As the Building Surveyor you will…

What you'll need to be the Building Surveyor...
- Degree in Surveying or Member of Chartered Institute of Building Membership or equivalent
- Knowledge of the Construction Design and Management Regulations
- Experience in building surveying and specifically stock condition surveying
- Experience preparing specifications, design drawings and schedules of work for building related maintenance and refurbishment
- Experienced in the use of computer based building asset management systems
