Your new role
You will be heading up the Facilities Management operations for the entire UK portfolio. Primarily, you will oversee the TFM service, building compliance and maintenance, and ongoing improvement of the company infrastructure. The complexity of the company\'s portfolio ensures that no two sites are identical, and requires a tailored approach to each property.
The role will have a heavy CAPEX and project element, and therefore requires experience managing large lifecycle and FM project experience.
Your main duties will include:
- Ensuring all sites are compliant and safe in line with legislation and company H&S policy
- Oversee all reactive and planned maintenance work
- Manage the TFM service
- Optimise energy efficiency and drive green initiatives
- Manage TFM, lifecycle and project budgets
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Experience in a senior FM position, ideally in industrial or manufacturing
- CAPEX and FM project management skills
- Experience with national FM and maintenance budget management
- Recognised FM qualification and membership to IWFM or BWIFM
- UK driving licence
