As an experienced Sales Operations and Network Development Analyst, you will support the delivery of regional wholesale and retail performance, network strategy, and an improvement in Network Performance.
This is an office-based role, working across a number of areas requiring the delivery of accurate data to the regional operations team, and the interpretation of data, and the confidence proposal and delivery of logical solutions
For this role, we're keen to bring in someone who is a self-starter, and not afraid to challenge the status quo.
This role is part of a small team, where you’ll report directly to the Head of Business Development, Strategy, and Planning. As part of the role, you’ll also be working closely with the wider regional team, the Dealer Network, and across the business, including Central Network Development, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Accounting.
Ideally, you’ll be degree-educated or have sufficient experience gained within a similar fast-paced role within either an automotive or the ultra-luxury sector.

We are looking for a confident, driven, analytical, adaptable, and creative person. You’ll have exceptional communication skills and have the confidence to challenge and persuade where required. You’ll have excellent time management and organisational skills as you’ll be working to multiple ever-changing priorities/deadlines and you’ll be highly proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Working times for this role are Monday to Thursday 08.30 – 17:00 and Friday 08:00 – 15:30 with an expectation to be onsite at our Gaydon HQ and with occasional travel to support regional events as and when required.
