What to Expect
As part of the e-Driveline team you will be supporting the management of the next generation of Electric Drive Unit (EDU) Programmes
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Working together multiple area of powertrain (D&R, manufacturing, purchasing, finance,..) and Tier1 supplier to develop unit timing consistently with PCDS framework and to support overall vehicle timing and delivery
Ensure the integrity of quality maturation via the assessment and validations of Critical to Quality deliverables through to Gateway approval (support late gateway delivery via risk and recovery plans)
Support periodical alignement meetings with stakeholders (PST, PBR,…)
Support the Group Leader by contributing to Product Committee / Gateway papers
Supporting engineering delivery by monitoring the progress of EBER reviews, DRBFM, CAS/CAM release process throughout the programme delivery to provide quality input as applicable to provide the correct risk assessment.
Support the build prototype units ensuring succesful build events and delivery on time to customers
HiL / PiL Rig support and parts supply tracking
BoM Maintenance and updates completed on time and accurately
Order progression - POs/RPS
Support Integration review, design review, Tech Issues and other key Meetings
Establish/Facilitate/Participate in key agile ceremonies across co-located & virtual teams.
Support management in the development, implementation & adherence of agile project management processes
What you’ll need
Essential:
Previous experience of delivering engineering projects
PCDS Framework, gateways and deliverables (Programme Central)
BoM, Etracker, WERS, iCREATE, RPS, SAP
Interactions with facility, workshop, logistics teams
Desirable:
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies
Experience of relevant Agile Software Project Management
Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA
