We are working with an enabling Primary school in Brent, who are looking for a Speech and Language Teaching Assistant for ASAP starts. The school is known throughout the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham for providing an enabling environment for children to learn and grow. What will you do as a Speech and Language Teaching Assistantand what can the school offer you?
- Supporting children with mild-moderate SEN including Autism (ASD), Speech and Language issues, Communication and Social interaction issues, mild behaviour issues, and much more!
- Working with children in small groups and 1-1 support with a focus on Reading, Writing, comprehension, and Maths.
- Provide the children with a calm and supporting environment that strengthens their growth and development
- Be surrounded by hard-working, passionate, and knowledgeable staff, who will welcome you with open arms from day one!

- Working with children with Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and behavioural difficulties
- Working in a Primary School
- Supporting children with a range of SEN across year groups
- ASAP start - Full-Time & Long Term - Term Time Only
- £105 - £110 per day
- Located in the borough of Brent
Person Specification - Speech and Language Teaching Assistant
- Have some experience with working with children
- Good understanding of SEN
- Passionate about supporting children
- You must be able to work effectively as part of a team
- Patience and understanding
- A desire to help children to reach their full potential
