Salary: £18,589 - £20,493 pro rata
Term Time Only: 13 weeks off for the school holidays (which is deducted from the salary)
Monthly salary (Take Home): On average monthly salary between £1,161 - £1,280
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm
Full Time or Part Time: You can work between 3 - 5 days a week
Contract: Term time only - Permanent contract ( after successful completion of your 3 month probation period)
Start Date: March (but flexible for the right person)
The Journey:
- Your path will lead you to students in KS3, KS4, and post-16 education.
- A valid driver's license needed, with fuel reimbursement for transporting children.
- While you'll primarily offer one-on-one support, there's room for group activities.
- Your backdrop? Libraries, community centers, schools, vocational sites, and even colleges.
- Managing a caseload of approximately 10 children means you're a pivotal part of their ongoing development.
- This role is your chance to support children who face challenges in mainstream education. We're looking for individuals who radiate positivity and bring boundless energy to each day.
