Upper And Lower School Leads

The Secret Garden are looking to appoint an a one Upper School Lead and one Lower School Lead to our growing team. 

We are looking for a teacher who is:

• An excellent classroom practitioner
• Is committed to raising standards of learning and achievement
• Demonstrates creativity as a teacher
• Is able to inspire and motivate others
• Has consistently high expectations of pupils, self and colleagues
• Is able to establish excellent working relationships with staff, parents and pupils.
• Wants to explore additional middle leadership responsibilities 

We follow the Main Pay Scale and the salary will be from £38,000 to £42,000 per year.
