Our Public sector client is looking for an experienced User Researcher to work as part of an internal multidisciplinary Accessibility product team helping to deliver accessibility technologies to improve user experience. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of research, developing and delivering research that considers the time & budget vs outcomes perspective. You will bring your recommendations and insights to the team that focus on user behaviors and experiences based on evidence gathered using a range of research methods.
Minimum Requirement:
Experience in doing research for internal applications for large private organisations or Government departments
Experience in user-centered analysis and design
Experience in using a range of research methods to generate insights
Experience in using qualitative and quantitative methods based on requirements
Experience working in agile software development teams, helping to prioritise features utilising research and problem definition
Experience in doing research for accessibility-related user needs/problems
Experience in doing user research within the Digital Workplace solutions context
Strong Communication skills
Able to present recommendations and findings to senior leadership
