Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid, 1 day in the office per week)

Pay Rate: £11.28 per hour (Weekly Pay)

Start Date: ASAP

Background Checks: DBS and Basic Credit Check Required

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

We're looking for a Utility Analyst to join the Co-op group in Manchester. In this role, you'll form part of the source to pay team within Co-op Business Services (CBS), Co-op's centre of excellence for innovative, efficient and valued cross functional central support services to our customers, members, suppliers and colleagues.

Your Role:

• Validate utility bills for internal and external customers
• Complete COTs (Change of Tenancies)
• Manage supplier/customer queries through the Salesforce case management system
• Be involved in Power Billing Transformation - reviewing our current processes and making them fit for the future
• Manage utility approvals and payments to suppliers
• Supplier query calls and debt resolution

Your Qualifications:

• Microsoft Excel skills and good general IT skills (you're comfortable using programmes in Microsoft Office / 365)
• Finance background is required
• Experience in a customer service role is desirable
