Join a renowned utility provider of gas, water and electrics as a Site Supervisor covering the North West of England.
THE JOB:
- Supervise and manage all phases of multi-utility installation projects (gas, water, and electric), ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Lead, motivate, and manage onsite teams, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the quality control of installations, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and report on project progress, challenges, and resource needs to senior management.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Proven supervisory experience in multi-utility installations is essential.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications related to the utility or construction sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent project management abilities, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards in the utility sector.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- Approximately £45,000 dependent on experience
