Ux Designer - B2C Experience Essential

Company Overview: MCS Group is excited to partner with a dynamic and innovative company in the sports technology sector and is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join their creative team.

Role Overview: As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with various teams to design solutions that meet user needs and business goals, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance the user experience.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• MUST HAVE B2C EXPERIENCE – to be eligible for this role.
