Technical Skills / Experience Required:
UX/UI Designer - 2 + years’ experience - real passion for UX/UI Design.UX Design - have a portfolio showcasing your experience.UX Design covering - Research, Design & Delivery - ideally have experience gained in a BrandingE-Commerce environment.Experience of identifying & developing - E-Commerce Conversion Rates & Retention Rates.Conducting UX/UI Research, Generating Prototypes, Analysing Data, Presenting your Research & Insights.Tools - Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Suite, Wireframing etc - utilising relevant UX/UI Tools/Applications.Methodical Design Approach & Process.Google Analytics - Metrics Based Research using - Google Analytics, Hotjar, Session Recording etc.Partnering with a Product Team - Product Owner, Developers, Marketing & Research Teams.Third-Party Engagement - partnering with external Agencies & Development Teams.Presentation Skills - ability to present your ideas clearly.Third-Parties - ability to partner effectively with external Agencies & Development Teams.Agile/Scrum Methodology experience - working to Sprints.Excellent Communication - both verbal & written.Team Player - Collaborative approach to teamwork - personable demeanour.
Desirable Experience:Coding - HTML, CSS, JavaScript etc.
