UX Researcher
Day rate: £500 per day outside IR35
Location: Remote with occasional travel
Contract: 6 months
As a UX Researcher you will be responsible for conducting research to uncover insights that inform product design and shape user experience. This role will involve assisting with research projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings are effectively translated into design solutions. You will partner with Product and Service Designers and work with relevant domain stakeholders to identify user problems, and help defining, prioritising and delivering great product experiences to our client’s customers.
Key Skills and Experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and engineering to understand research needs and prioritise research initiatives
• Experience with a range of qualitative and quantitative UX methodologies, particularly user testing and depth-interviews, as well as collating behavioral analytics data with qualitative insights to present a well-rounded view of the problems and opportunities they present
• Delivering insights using Agile methods and working practice experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in moderated user testing
• Experience with taking part in workshops to move teams from insight to action
• Experience with mobile devise testing
• Comfortable with stakeholders and a small team working out new processes.
