What you’ll do
As a leader in the sector digitally transforming services, Notting Hill Genesis recognises the importance of Data in achieving its vision. Our Data Governance and Performance Team is expanding and is looking for a Data Loss Prevention Manager to lead the development and delivery of NHGs data compliance strategy. 
 
How you’ll do it
The Data Loss Prevention Manager will line manager the Data Loss Prevention Officer and together will support the business to mitigate risks, provide analytics, and create reports to show progress. They will implement and set up policies and deputise for the Project Manager when required.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Responsible for developing and promoting Data Loss Prevention compliance activities, policies, procedures and practices
  • Developing and providing advice to the business on all Data Loss Prevention compliance matters including action plans, policies, and mitigation measures
  • Risk Management: Management of identifying and mitigating data-related risks and vulnerabilities, working proactively to prevent issues. 
  • Triage risks to the business and build up effective relationships. 
  • Develop and implement data triage processes to address issues, providing proposals for prioritisation by supplying impact statements and supporting key performance indicators
  • The point of contact with data owners and stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Responsible for implementing and coordinating activities to meet the ISO8000 Standard
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining best practices, processes, and operating standards.
  • Responsible for ensuring investigation of potential breaches, triage and management to mitigate risks
