Job Introduction
The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that the team are focused and attending their duties as delegated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that any escalations are dealt with in swift and timely manner along with building strong relationships with all members of staff and client on site.

- The key role is to ensure that the site and services are delivered to the required standards through the application of high-level technical skills across the range of functional activities.
- To coach/support the FM team in the financial delivery of their roles.
- To maintain effective internal and external client and user relationships within area of responsibility.
- To deliver Health and Safety policy and standards.
- To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year’s performance.
- To contribute to the annual business, financial and people plan for the contract
- To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets.
- At least 3 years operational experience of managing soft services delivery with experience of managing a multi-service operation essential
- Experience of managing in an FM office environment desirable
- Knowledge of leading hard services team desirable
- Experience in managing a team
- Forward thinking with ability to spot potential improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and client on site.
