LABORATORY ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR | FTC until 30/06/2024 | £48,761.10
As the Laboratory Assistant Supervisor , you will carry out analysis and actively support the Supervisor in leading the laboratory team on shift and deputise in the absence of the Supervisor. Coordinate laboratory ring testing for crew, train new starters and assist Supervisor when required.
Working to coordinate laboratory ring testing for the crew, training new starters and assisting the Supervisor when required to bring about continual improvement and ensure high performance is all in a day’s work.
The Key Requirements
- Knowledge of As400 and working knowledge of Autostore software e.g. pallet label printing
- Troubleshooting skills in relation to Hach package analysers and Anton Paar Alcolysers, & good knowledge of Winescan maintenance
- Familiar with and can interact with PCS7 (software version 8.2) i.e. Web Navigator to QA release & monitor product
- Good skills in testing using instrumentation or wet chemistry
- Competent computer skills – MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
