PI Operative| PERMANENT | £31,755
As PI Operative you will be a key member of the Inventory Control Team, assisting in providing stock control to a high degree of accuracy with finished goods and dry goods as well as investigating stock check errors, and understanding of both the rework and returns processes.
You will also contribute fully within a defined team for the completion of a scheduled PI programme across the whole of the warehouse function and able to provide training of operational processes to both new and current employees and support where required within the inventory team operational area.
The Key Requirements
- Fully understand the philosophy of all control systems within manufacturing and retain and use this knowledge and skill.
- Demonstrates Health and Safety understanding and compliance.
- Relevant IT system knowledge
- Ability to obtain information and identify key subjects required to understand strategic issues.
- Understanding of Lean Processes
- Supervisor/Management qualification desirable (e.g. ILM3)
- Health and Safety qualification desirable
- Previous relevant management experience
