Job Introduction

Recruitment Officer - Hybrid Working
Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Working from home with some travel required in line with business needs.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Recruitment Officer to help ensure the smooth running of the operations.

The Recruitment Officer will take ownership of the successful recruitment campaigns, support hiring managers with the recruitment process and administration of job offers. This will involve arranging interviews, liaising with the relevant hiring managers across our business to ensure the smooth running of recruitment campaigns and issuing offers of employment. This role requires a commitment to employee welfare and the adherence to employment law at all times.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Advertising and attracting candidates for front line roles, sourcing high calibre candidates 
  • Consistently reviewing candidate attraction in line with our competitors
  • Manage and coordinate the selection and assessment processes including CV sifts, telephone screening and interviewing candidates ensuring all resourcing processes meet legal requirements and are fair, fit and inclusive 
  • Provide feedback to relevant parties at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Working closely and building relationships with our existing business and hiring managers to understand their needs, tailoring our recruitment to suit to ensure a smooth, timely and cost-effective recruitment and selection process.
  • Consistently striving to reduce external agency spend
  • Full management of all administration tasks
About You:
  • Have previous experience of recruiting ideally in the catering/ hospitality sector.
  • Experience of high volume of permanent recruitment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and work alone
  • Have high Standards and be quality driven
  • Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
  • Interpersonal, administrative and organisational skills
  • A 'Can-do' attitude
  • Excellent communication skills are a MUST
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate
