NT Food and Drink, a partnership formed between Levy UK & I (part of Compass Group), KERB Events and the National Theatre, enhances the experience of visitors to the NT. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Overseeing your section in the department
• Ensuring all equipment, fixtures and fittings are in efficient working order and well presented, and to report to department management when this is not the case.
• Ensuring stock rotation is taking place.
• Following See, Care, Share guidelines.
• Ensuring action points from audits are resolved and any new issues are raised.
• Ensure delivery of financial targets and KPIs within your area of responsibility.
• Liaise with culinary departments to ensure a consistent high standard is met across all areas.
• Being continually aware of the customer journey, pressure points and opportunities to observe, capture and act on client and customer feedback.
• Undertake any training and professional development as determined by your managers.
• Champion HSE across your department, lead by example, ensuring compliance, statuary regulations and legal requirements are met.
• Review wastage with the culinary and cellar teams.
• Ensure any accidents, incidents and near misses are recorded and reported to the departmental management team.
• Advise and support team daily briefing to Team Leaders.
• Adhere to all Compass / Levy policies and procedures
• Undertake any logistical and administrative duties necessary for the smooth operation of your department.
• To play a leading role in the induction and ongoing development of members of the team
• To ensure the opening and closing procedures of the department are adhered to.
• Any other duties that are reasonably required of you.
