Vacancies Telesales Executive

Main Responsibility

• Proactively sell the company’s full range of  products.
• Work closely with the Sales Managers to maintain day to day management of the territory and to secure new business.
• Working within given parameters, maximise the volume and cash value of each sale by flexing pricing where necessary and by using other incremental opportunities (previous sales history, current deals, clearance lines, new products etc)
• Develop personable and productive relationships across a set portfolio of customers
• Provide detailed and accurate pricing and stock availability information to our customers
• Feedback to the commercial buying team any relevant market information
• Resolve or escalate any customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Generate high levels of sales for promotional products.

Key knowledge and skills required:

• Ability to develop rapport quickly
• Experience in an outbound telesales role.
• High level of confidence and well developed influencing/persuasive skills with the ability to overcome objections
• Numerate and competent with excel/IT literate
• Has excellent attention to detail
• The ability to work within a team environment in order to achieve team objectives
• A pleasant, polite and professional telephone manner
