Vacancies Telesales Executive

Main Responsibility

• Taking inbound calls, placing orders for Pharmacies
• Upselling and Promoting offers and new lines to pharmacies.
• Filling in pricelists for pharmacies at the beginning of the month.
• Providing stock support for key accounts.
• Providing Field Sales Reps with information when requested.
• Monitor transactions and investigate irregular purchases.
• Help and investigate distribution complaints.
• Assist with product recalls.
