Vacancies Warehouse Operative

Overview of the role

As Warehouse Operator you will be responsible for overseeing the Warehouse daily operations and ensuring all deliveries are taken in correctly in a timely manner and all paperwork is maintained.

Main Responsibility

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of goods
• Ensure all received items match invoices and are in good condition
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with incoming shipments
• Oversee the proper storage and organisation of goods
• Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to accurately track stock levels
• Dispatching orders
• Warehouse House-keeping
• Control of identity, stocking, and rotation, of product.
• Order Picking and packing.
• Other duties as required by business needs.

Requirements:

• Excellent time keeper.
• Applicants must be able to speak in English.
• Valid Forklift Licence necessary.
• Microsoft Excel proficient.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of inventory management practices.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
