Annual salary - £20,600 to £26,000*
We are currently looking for Warehouse Colleagues to join our Bedford Distribution Centre on our 3 day a week shift pattern.
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Days 6am-6pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Nights 6am-6pm
Pay rate:
Basic pay £11.50* 6am-10pm
Night premium £1.90 10pm-6am

So what does the role of a Warehouse Colleague entail:
Warehouse colleagues are responsible for serving our customers better than anyone else! We do this by getting the right stock, at the right time, to the right place. If you can find it in a B&M store, you can find it in our Warehouse, from tins of beans to garden furniture.
- Picking product to go to our stores is the key part of a colleague’s role.
- You will be trained how to drive safely around our 1.1 million square foot warehouse, on our Mechanical Handling Equipment, called LLOP’s,
- Once you know how to drive a LLOP, you will be trained on how to pick product correctly for stores and ensure they are beautifully stacked on a pallet ready to go!
What else do you need to know:
- No chill or freezer work
- We are looking for team players who also thrive when working independently.
- You must be self-motivated, can work at pace, meet the required standards and targets.
- The role can be physically demanding, however, rest assured it will keep you active.
- Although experience is desirable, it is not essential.
*Please note that we are currently in the process of reviewing and increasing our pay rate. Currently £11:50 (up to £14:50 with pick incentive). All colleagues will be on the new pay rate once it has been approved in the coming weeks.
