Adecco are proud to be partnered with one of Europe's leading airlines, to recruit for motivated and enthusiastic people to join their Cabin Operations team here in Luton Airport.
As a Cabin Operations Admin, you will be ensuring the proper flow of communication between Employees`s and Line managers (for cabin and flight operations), Maintaining records of different Employee documents, like Sick Leave certificates & handling external post and coordinating with Office manager and other Department managers parcel and post sending to other company`s locations.
The details:
· Pay rate of £12.50 p/h
· 20 hours a week

Responsibilities:
- Maintaining records of different Employee documents, like Sick Leave certificates
- Collecting and checking of expense and travel claims, unpaid leave request forms and sick-leave paper on his/her base;
- Maintaining office equipment;
- Managing company benefits;
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- A passion for Aviation
- Creative and proactive personality with 'can do' approach
- Computer skills - Excel, Power Point
- Flexible approach and ability to remain diplomatic
- Energetic, able to adapt and deliver high quality performance in very dynamic work environment
