- Develop a deep knowledge of the capital modelling of the company's shareholder and with-profits business, and the sensitivity of different business lines to key economic and non-economic risks;
- Develop an understanding of how the shareholder balance sheet and the WPSF are managed; and how these are affected by the reported regulatory position and the key risk sensitivities assessed via the SST process;
- Develop an understanding of how the commercial and regulatory environment impacts the company's solvency position; and work with a range of colleagues across other areas, particularly in Finance and Risk.

- A willingness to engage with and challenge the results, and to be comfortable forming and expressing your own viewpoint.
